What Brighton participants say

  • “When I first started Qigong, I was made to feel very welcome and Claudia gave very clear instructions on the movements and breathing. Her visualisation was superb. I highly recommend Qigong to anybody of any age — I've learnt techniques to deal with stress that I can use day to day.”

Sarah — Pathways to Health, Brighton

  • “Magical 1-2-1 Qigong session with Claudia on Brighton beach in the sunshine. I came away smiling and energised. Thank you Claudia! Highly recommended.”

    Suzanne — Private 1-2-1 session

  • “We would thoroughly recommend working with Claudia. Her Qigong sessions have been popular with residents and staff. She's a great teacher - calm, focused, with a gentle sense of humour, and is able to tailor her sessions with understanding and kindness. Here at Brighton Housing Trust's Shore House we have many residents dealing with serious mental health diagnoses, as well as histories of addiction and trauma. They have all reported a sense of increased wellbeing and resilience following qigong sessions with Claudia. We're proud to work with her, and look forward to working with her on an ongoing basis.”
