Qigong classes, every week

Five regular classes: four live online and one in person on Downley Common. You'll find focused Tai Chi Qigong forms such as Shibashi and the Eight Brocades, as well as broader, more varied classes curated from movements across a wide range of qigong sets — the Seasonal Qigong sessions are a good example. Drop into whichever suits your week — beginners are welcome in all of them, and chair options are always offered.

New to qigong?

You need no experience, no flexibility and no special kit — just comfortable clothes and a little space to stand or sit. Qigong is easier to pick up than tai chi: no long, complex forms, just simple flowing movements with the same wellbeing benefits. Every movement can be adapted, and you're free to rest whenever you need. Most people feel calmer and looser after a single class.

Your first class is closer than you think

Whether you're managing stress, rebuilding strength, or looking for a deeper practice, there's a class here for you. Beginners are genuinely welcome — most people arrive having never done qigong before.
