About this class
This is a dedicated space for LGBTQIA+ people to move, breathe and rest without having to explain or brace themselves. It blends guided mindfulness with gentle qigong, so the hour looks after the mind as much as the body.
Claudia has led LGBTQ+ wellbeing programmes for Kew Gardens and the Canary Wharf Group's Pride in Wellness Festival. The class carries the same spirit: unhurried, kind, and genuinely welcoming of every body, identity and level of experience.
Who it suits
- Anyone wanting a safe, affirming place to practise
- Managing anxiety, minority stress and overwhelm
- Finding community alongside a physical practice
